Heat & Ice Knee Wrap

The rice heat pack is designed to fit around the knee and secured with a Velcro strap. Perfect for sore knees and can be either heated or placed in the freezer for use. 
 
SIZE: (Measure from approx. 10cm above the knee)
Small to Medium - Fits 35 cm to approx. 50cm
Medium to Large - Fits a 50cm to approx. 70 cm

PRODUCT CARE:
Ensure microwave is clean & dry before placing the heat pack in
In order to not over heat, start at 1 minute and go up in 30 second intervals until desired temperature 
Do not submerge the heat pack in water. Do not heat the heat pack while wet
When heating, flip the heat pack over half way, to ensure the heat is distributed evenly 
Do not leave the heat pack unattended whilst in the microwave
